Scanner I have a scanner HP 3500C which scans photogrphs at 200 pixels/sq inch. I feel scanned results are not good as compared to actual Phtograph. I understand, for uploading, 300Pixels/Sq Inch is desirable.What needs to be done. Or else which scanner will be suitable at a reasonable cost?

The canoscan 9900 will scan at 1200 dpi. I think it goes for $350
