Any suggestions on this I have an opportunity to shoot An annual Fair show and sale of livestock. How is the best way to figure a cost for this ? Would it be better to charge by the hour, cost of prints (5x7's) plus travel expenses or just give them a flat price ? It is a 2 day event with them furnishing myself and my husband (all expenses paid) a place to stay. I need to submit it soon, any help you guys and gals could offer would be most appreciated.
