Subjects In Motion What technique should I use to take photographs of objects in motion?

Use a fast shutter speed (at least 1/125) to freeze the motion or a slow shutter speed (e.g. 1/60) to show the motion, such as when you photograph running water and you want it to have that white, frothy look.
