I want to zoom in I would like to know what lens I could buy to get closer pictures? and do I need filters I tried to find a 2x telephoto lens but I could not find any one let me know it would work with my Camera Cannon power shot pro 1

No additional close-up filters or converters are necessary. The Pro 1 has Macro and Super Macro settings that allow close focus to within an inch or so of the lens, though these modes are limited to the wide to midrange zoom lengths (see pp. 73-76 of the user manual). If you want to get really close focus at the telezoom lengths, you'll need the LA-DC58A Conversion Lens Adaptor and 500D close-up lens/filter (See pages 178-181). If you mean bringing distant objects "closer," then you need the LA-DC58A Conversion Lens Adaptor, and the 1.5x TC-DC58A Teleconverter (see pp. 177-181). Third party adaptors and teleconverters can also be attached, but they may or may not be as well matched to the Pro 1's lens (may or may not cause vignetting or be as sharp).
