property release I created a still picture of a bottle of wine and the USA flag. I intentionally wanted to show the name of the winery and the name of the wine because the wine is called Patriotic Wine. I would like to make the image into an 8 x 10 for resell at wine festivals, etc. Do I need a property release from the owners of the winery before I sell the 8x10?
