Why do some pictures have finalist under them? I was wondering why some of the photo's already have finalist next to them. Are they judged everyday and the judges pick from the finalist's? I am new and haven't been through a contest yet. thanks km

They are re-submitted photos from months past which made it to the Finals on the last judging.
