DVD Slide Shows
Can anyone tell me which program they prefer for making photo slide shows that can be played on the DVD? I'd like to buy one that gives you some editing choices but is simple to use. Thanks.

I use Arcsoft Showbiz. It lets you use your own music, songs, etc. That really makes a DVD slideshow better, to use music the person identifies with and remembers. It's really easy to use. It came as a program on my laptop so I'm not sure how much it costs or where to buy. Tracy Turner

I use memories on tv. I looked at quite a few until I decided on this one. Lots of special effects and flexibility with music. The way it's set up isn't as appealing as some of the others, but overall I found it provided the greatest flexibility.

I use Adobe Photoshop album 2.01 - works great, especially with a large gallery of photos. I haven't figured out how to add music other than supplied. I added music once to my grand daughters first year of life, but cannot seem to make it work again. Thanks

Whatever you do, DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT get the Nero Photo Show program. If you happen to delete pictures out of that program they will delete off your hard drive and then they are gone. I will spend my life preventing people from making this mistake. I now use My Sonic DVD. Still not that crazy about it.
