Which Lens is better Nikkor 28~80 G or 28~100G

Can any one please suggest which Lens to buy for a Nikon F75 - whether a Nikkor 28~80 G or 28~100 G? are they better that their D Series counterpart? Please consider the following facts while recommending - Contrast, sharpness, Lens Bokeh.

Pop Photo magazine review of the 28-80G and 28-100G. Virtually identical performance. The 28-100G has rounded 7-blade diaphram for good bokeh, I don't know about the 28-80G.

G lenses incorporate D-series distance information for 3D matrix and flash metering. They just don't have the mechanical aperture control ring, so have limited function on older bodies without electronic aperture control.

The Nikkor AF 28-105 f/3.5-4.5D is a better lens in most respects. Closer focusing, larger maximum aperture, better manual focus handling including a focus distance scale, heavier build, 9-blade aperture diaphram.
