It's the Digital Rebel in the U.S. and the 300D in the rest of the world.

The Digital Rebel is warranteed by Canon USA. The 300D is considered "gray market" and therefore the warrantee will not be honored in the U.S. If you are considdering a 300D, I would talk to a professional dealer and get his/her opinion. I have heard that the 300D has mechanical issues. -Hope this helps.
