Can I post Event Photos with City & State official I recently took pictures at an event in downtown Oklahoma City where the mayor, former mayor, first lady of Oklahoma and other top city officials spoke to the public at the grand opening of our new downtown library. this event was held outside the new library. Can I post those pictures online and sale those pictures to newspapers, editorial magazines, and/or consumer magazines without model releases?

Alonzo, As the law works generally (may want to check locally), you can sell anything that is considered "newsworthy" to the newspaper and news magazines without a release. Just remember it has to be in a "news" format. Matt
