If you have the ability you could hand colour sections, or if there's an option for layering - put a BW layer on top of a colour layer and then cut out the portions from the BW that you wish to be in colour then flatten as same... Make sure you keep the original file so that you have something to go back to in the event that you're unhappy with the results hth
