How to size down images without losing quality Does anyone have any advice on how to reduce image/file size to submit photos for the contest without losing image quality? I usually try to size mine to 100 mpi and 500 pixels on the small side. It usually comes out alright, but sometimes they come out "fuzzier" and I can see the little grid pattern that appears after I convert it to jpg. I have tried everything I know to fix this problem with no success, so I thought I would pose the question here. Thanks! :-)

I crop my pictures to a 4x5, which is 1200x1500 pixels with 300 resolution, and it always loads fine for me. I do have cable internet, so I am sure that helps with the loading also. I hope this helps.
