durst ac 800

i own a durst ac 800 enlarger, when I put in my 40ml lens to do a selective enlargement I am unable to focus the image sharp.i assume that you require a special lens panel, which I believe durst do not make.would someone know how to get over this problem.

  Hi Viv,

I had this problem when tried to use a
Minolta 30mm lens to do a part neg Enlargment. I Fixed this by getting a Durst recessed lens mount from a old 809
enlarger. The lens will also focus on my L1200 as well as my AC800.

Most Camera shops that have Junk boxes
with Darkroom stuff are the best places
to start. The dead enlarger head was bought for $20.00.

I hope this helps.

Regards
