Nikon lenes to Buy
I am getting ready to buy a new Nikon lens. My thoughts were to buy either a 24-85 G AF D f3.5-4.5 24-85 G AF D f2.8-4 28-105 AF D f3.5-4.5 or maybe a used 35-70 f2.8 I don't know if I need a F2.8 lens or not. I would prefer the longer range zooms.
I would say that I am shooting 50% in doors and 50% out doors. It all for family photos but I still want the best shoot. In door photos with flash, mostly. Do you have a recommendation that would help make my decision. As well is there a third party lens I should be aware of in this price range, under $500.

In that case I strongly recommend the 28-105. I have one for my N80 and LOVE it! Read the report on this lens at:http://www.vividlight.com/articles/115.htm Check out Sigma's lenses, too. I paid $279.00 for my Nikkor 28-105mm AF-D. Hard to beat the price and still get Nikon's quality.
