BetterPhoto Renewal


My Basic BetterPholio has expired.
I already tried to renew a while ago but my info wasn't recognized. I have been a member for years, and am used to getting a reminder that my membership is expiring, but haven't got one, and no replies to my inquires.
What has happened?

The same with me, no renewal reminder and when I tried to renew the site would not accept my email/password combination so I had no choice but to create a new account and pay my subscription that way. The time has now passed by about three hours since my membership was due to expire and so far so good my gallery is still there. So hopefully I won't have any problems.
