photo paper

Hi,

I am living in Mexico at the moment. I have a HP Deskjet 932. I usually use Kodak paper, but for my current project I needed a paper that didn't have the company name on the back. THe only one I could find here was an ink jet glossy paper by Mead. I used this paper before with OK results, but this time I am having a problem with the ink not sticking to the paper. When I cut it, some spots just come off the paper. I even let it dry 2 days to make sure. Do you think it is a bad batch of paper, or maybe the weather conditions are not allowing the ink to adhere correctly? Have you ever had this problem? Can you suggest any good quality glossy papers that do not have the company name on the back? (not that I will be able to find it here!) Does the Photorico (sp?) paper have a name on the back? THANKS!

Try taking both cartridges out (color and B&W), wipe them with a soft cloth, re-insert them and do the whole enchilada, re-align the printing, clean the nozzles and try a different paper!...
I barely see photo paper with the name in the back!..Honestly I go for Matte on stead of glossy, 'cause I like the finishing better!...
