Finalist badge missing I was contacted that I had a "staff favorite" and then a "finalist" on my image titled Beautiful Zeva. But there is no badge under my image. This has never happened before. Am I the only one? I wrote to BetterPhoto but have not received a reply. Sandy

Sandy, I went to the Finalist page, Animals category. I saw your photo on Page 2 and when I clicked it, it had the Finalist badge. But you're right; it doesn't up on your gallery. I did some more research. The photo ID of the finalist is different than the one on your gallery. This used to happen a lot in the old days. Here's the URL for the photo in your gallery: http://www.betterphoto.com/gallery/big.php?photoID=14899540&catID=&style=&rowNumber=4&memberID=248480 Note the photo ID is 14899540 And here's the URL for the finalist: http://www.betterphoto.com/gallery/big.php?photoID=14899539&catID=&style=&rowNumber=4&memberID=248480 You'll see the photo ID ends in 539, versus 540. BP would need to award the badge to ID 540, or add ID 539 to your gallery.

Thank you Ken!! I've contacted BetterPhoto. I realize I can see the badge the way you explain but I want it to be in my gallery. There's no reason it shouldn't be. I'm giving them a few more days and then I'll contact them again. Thank you!!!!

I agree, your badge should be in your gallery how else would you know. We have gone way back in time with the new changes they made, I am very disappointed and wonder why I renewed.
