Not receiving notifications..anyone else? I am still not receiving notifications of comments on my emails...Is anyone else having the same problem..also, when I comment on someone else's it takes forever to submit...but not always. I sometimes find I have left two of the same responses to an image.

I get messages to notify me of comments on my pictures. As for the slow upload time when making comments..... right after winners are announced it takes a long time for comments to register. I suppose because there are too many photographers using Better Photo at the same time. During off times the refresh rate is not a problem. I've learned to NOT click submit more than once. Then the computer takes even longer; and my comment will eventually show up more than once.

Lydia, Yesterday I downloaded the Yahoo app for my Kindle and phone. While trying to figure out how to navigate the app I must have touched an icon that told Yahoo messages from Better Photo are spam. When I log in I get a glimpse of a message telling me I have a comment on my photo but before I can read the message it disappears. I can't find even find the messages in my trash folder; they are deleted. Do you suppose your notifications are going into your trash?

Lydia I commented on a picture of yours. Did you get an email notification? By commenting or this thread I'm afraid that I contaminated my email with whatever malady you have. I've made several test comments on my own pictures but am not getting any email notifications.

Lydia, my email notification has started working again. What about yours? It is very pleasant knowing when someone has commented on a photo of mine.
