Digital Camera Lens Adapters

I bought an HP Photosmart 315 Digital camera about a month ago and I've been having a blast learning about photography. Now hindsight is always 20/20 so I realized that it really would have been nice to get an SLR style with removable lenses, etc. Luckily there is a company that makes a lens adapter for fixed lens digital cameras. My question is whether or not anyone here has purchased them and how are they. There is a link here to one if you don't know what I'm talking about.

Also, can I use other standard lenses or am I limited to the ones this company sells?

You can probably use any maker's 30mm filters with this mount, but I think you're restricted to Tiffen's accessory lenses. See

and specifically

Dwayne Pyron   Be careful that the lens you buy does not extend out and cover up part of the flash projection. My boyfriend has a Olympus 2020 and bought the wide angle lens but is unable to use it when flash is required.
