For me, this is absolutely stunning! Color and compostion are king here. Lighting a very close second (or maybe first, can't decide). Amazing how truly "soft" you manged to make such a hard surface (glass) look. I take my hat off to this great work of art (the photograph itself and not the vase). Well done.

Thank you very much, Michael, for the high praise and kind words here and offline. I love to experiment with photographing my glass collection -- even if it might take 3 hours of fiddling, lighting, adjusting, googling, and finally editing, to come up with just 1 image...! (I'm sure professional product photographers have many shortcuts and "proper" techniques I need to learn!)
There's a fun challenge in it all. This image inspired me to keep using the "dark box" I'd built out of foam core -- and I just finished up another glass image tonight, shot in the dark box, which I'll be posting shortly.
