What a pleasure to see that you're posting again even if it is just whenever you could. It is double comforting to know that you're taking care of yourself Frank. I've got health issues as well primarily dealing with blood sugar levels and have lost weight thru carb control. Went from 175 down to 145 over a two year span. Trying to eat healthier now and keep vital readings under control. Good luck and good work for all the effort.
