This is just spectacular work done by both Nature and you, Val! This little piece of spring is so beautifully presented. The colors are soft and the lines are delicate and graceful. Perfect depth of field. It takes my breath away. I agree with Dayna and would love to see Texas in the spring someday. It's a WINNER in my book and absolute favorite.

Val, this scene is a riot of color, in the best sense possible ~ it's full of bright and beautiful flowers that make each other even prettier...Pink and blue and yellow, too ~ looks fantastic, and your selective focus makes the bg flowers look like they could be growing all the way to the horizon. Terrific floral image! P.S. Thanks for your nice words about Riley. We were lucky to have him for a dozen years. Our "current" cat, Danny, may not make it past two years... if he keeps taking chunks out of my husband's arms and our furniture!!
