Is that the "Slow Shutter Cam" ap? I was just looking at this the other day. do you have any examples you can shre where you've used it?

Yes that is the one Larry.
I deemed it would be faster to take new photos so I made this photo of a book I like:
I noticed the cars in the lower right so played some more.
I think the first was an 8 second exposure and the latter two were at 4 seconds. For both I held as still as possible for a short duration before moving.

OK, I had to make the leap and download Slow Shutter. Here's a couple of first shots, minor tweaks on both. I need to get an attachment to put my phone on my tripod!

Slow Shutter also can make some nice abstracts. This was an ICM image of colorful silicone baking cups on which I applied the Topaz Galactic look. https://www.betterphoto.com/gallery/dynoGallDetail.php?photoID=15910776 Slow Shutter has editing functions as well.
