On our way to Peggy's Cove this particular evening, we were in the midst of strong thunderstorms and many people had pulled off the road because the rain was so bad. When we arrived it was still pouring rain so we just sat and waited. My husband said the sun would break through and that there would be a rainbow and I laughed at him. But just before the sun was to go down the clouds began to break and this is what we saw. When I looked behind me, I couldn't believe it, but there hung a beautiful double rainbow in the sky!
