“Venice 1890” by Les Rhoades.

.I Started with an original uncropped Canon RAW file and converted with Adobe Lightroom
.The Tiff file created with Lightroom adjusted with a curves layer using Corel Paint Shop Pro
.The Tiff file was converted to BMP file and painted with Corel Painter Photo Essentials 4 – some area erased back
.A top texture layer was used in three separate layers and each adjusted for opacity and erase back
.This new textured and colorful image was duplicated and converted to an antique Tintype image using NIK Silver Effect Pro
.The Tintype layer opacity set @ 69% to bring back just a bit of color + new curves layer added
.The final image was merged and areas of brightness adjusted with NIK Vivesa
.Duplicated the top NIK layer, added Gaussian Blur @ 2.60 + color saturation @ 20% + blend mode set to color
.Always working in layers and many steps of processing
