When I arrived in Atlantic County NJ at 5AM this morning, the streets were wet, tree branches were everywhere, and there were massive power outages. By 6AM Atlantic County was declared a state of emergency. Although devoid of trees, this fresh water mini lake appeared like an Oasis.
