I found these lights in the parking area of the local Swim and Tennis Club - I framed these lights against the side of the building and then converted the image to B&W using NIK Silver Efex.

Tamron 180-270 at 168mm. ISO 160, Mid-Afternoon, 1/320 @ f6.3, EC 0 (EoD)
