“First Time,Meeting Mr. Lincoln!” by Steve Hinkle.
 This photo was made during my visit to Washington, DC, cherry blossom week. This was a mom with her young daughter admiring this magnifcent work of art, for the first time. The photo was capture early in the morning before the crowds start arriving, very popular site.
