This started out as a fountain with the water splashing all around, but Topaz Lens Effects & Adjust had some different ideas! I used the Motion Blur in LE, then the Vintage Grunge in Adjust. I liked the outcome so I kept it!
It looks somewhat like a vibrant sky with a reflection in the "water" as you zoom toward an island in a speed boat to me! Now...what do YOU see? :)
