Taken off the Glen Highway, near Eureka Lodge, Alaska. I have a lot of panos and photos of this huge expanse. In most of them the mountains are well lit and the foreground more likely to be in the shadows. This one was the opposite. The sun was bright where I was but despite waiting for quite some time the clouds kept hiding the mountains. The colors were so nice that I went ahead and took some shots. This is actually a large panorama, not a crop. Unfortunately Betterphoto no longer lets me post large versions so you're missing 99% of the photo in this tiny little image.
