“Golden at the Gate” by Martha Mazon.

A new edit of this image, shot and submitted originally 3 years ago. I was hoping to shoot something similar with my latest equipment, but when I re-visited the scene recently, I found the exact vantage point had been landscaped, planted with natives, and cordoned off to protect the fragile plants and terrain.

Taken with my Panasonic Lumix FZ50 (I forgot to change the default on upload, and now don't want to lose the comments.)
