“Watching the Sunset, Hand in Hand” by Martha Mazon.
 Sunset on South Maui. The sky is hazy due to cane fires earlier in the day. There are more ecological ways to harvest sugar cane, but HC&S insists on torching the cane fields to remove the outer plant material. This makes for smoggy beach conditions during the day more akin to LA than most people's ideas of a tropical paradise. It does make for pretty sunsets though.
