“My Garden's Gift” by Melissa Olsen.

The greatest gift that my garden gives to me is the beauties of watching tender shoots in the spring time grow into lovely flowers. Some good soil, a little pruning, lots of sunshine and water and nature does the rest. The reward at the end of a warm summer day is when the swallowtail flutters in to collect the pollen that the flower is so willing to give up.
Alas, my garden is almost gone for this year...we just might see a bit of snow this week.
