I am a retired high school English teacher and until recently I have supervised student teachers at Youngstown State University. I live in Niles, Ohio, which is located in the northeast corner of the state. While I photograph a wide range of subjects, my hobby for a number of years has been photographing lighthouses, and at present I've photographed 174 including at least one on each of the Great Lakes plus numerous Atlantic Coast lights from Maine to North Carolina.
