Hello to those who have stumbled upon this site. As a chemist and a paint formulator and advocate of my wife, Marijo, in her Professor-hood position in the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee Nursing program and father (they never leave) and grandfather, husband, Scoutmaster (now retired, finally), winemaker (I now can buy it cheaper and better), ... Photography is an expression of my right brain, or is it my left brain, well; anyhow it's the other side of MY brain. I enjoy the opportunity and the challenge to capture our world, mostly in landscapes. I do not travel to photograph but, rather, photograph when I travel. I Hope you enjoy these images and would appreciate your feedback - good or bad. Tell me what you think.

I began this journey in photography about 6 years ago. I thought it would be nice to purchase a point-and-shoot Kodak for my wife for Christmas. A whole 2.3 megapixels. It was hers, but I started to take the photos. Next thing you know I am upgrading to a Kodak 6940 - great zoom, great lens. Now I am shooting with an Olypus E-Volt 500 and have some great glass! This Is Fun. -Paul
