In August 2004 My family and I went to a Christian retreat called "Kingdom Bound" in upstate New York. I had to go see Niagara falls. I took 275 pictures while I was there with my sister in-laws camera. After seeing them on a computer my brother bought me a camera that Christmas, An Olympus D-540, then I got a tripod. I quickly learned that I had an eye for photography an after that I just plain needed something with manual settings to adjust the shutter speed, aperture, etc. Then I found Betterphoto.com. I love taking outdoor and nature photographs and am currently working on learning how to take portraits.
