Before I acquired my first digital camera in 2001, I was strictly a vacation point and shooter. Now, eight years and several digital cameras later, I shoot almost daily. I really enjoy competing in online photo contests, including, of course, the exciting monthly contests here at BetterPhoto, and I also enjoy participating in the activities of two local camera clubs, the Toronto Camera Club and the Toronto Guild for Photographic Art. My current "main" camera is my Nikon D90, for which I have 4 lenses: the Nikkor 18-200mm f/3.5-5.6 VR (my all purpose and much loved walk around lens), my Nikkor 60mm f/2.8 macro, my Nikkor 70-300mm f/4.5-5.6 VR and my new Nikkor 18-105 f/3.5-5.6 VR. My main backup camera is my Nikon D60. I also own and sometimes use a Panasonic Lumix FZ18, a Kodak SZ1012 and a little Sony DSC H3.
