"Let me start by encouraging anyone who has never attended a BP Summit to make it a photography priority. You will not be disappointed. On Sunday we were treated to the Photoshop expertise of Lewis Kemper, the composition and detail delights of Kerry Drager, story telling by Jim Miotke, and (my personal highlight of the weekend) looking for the light with Ibarionex Perello. Each one of these very talented photographers brought something new and thought provoking to the table. By the end of the day my head was spinning. I have to say that Ibarionex rocked the house or maybe just my world. It was such great fun shooting with other BP enthusiasts and rubbing shoulders with the "big guys." Everyone was friendly, fun, accessible and willing to share....and share....and share. There was no question too foolish to ask. It was my second BP Summit and God willing it won't be my last. I now have faces to go with names, and a head full of ideas to contemplate. I know how hard the BP staff works (Karen you are amazing) and I don't think you will find a friendlier or more helpful group of photo enthusiasts anywhere. Thank you Jim and company.
