Description

Runeberg Day is 5 February each year in Finland - My wife makes these Runeberg Torte's each year that is common to make in Finland on this date. I photographed this on the island in our kitchen earlier this week. I have added a link below if anyone is interested in reading about this unofficial, but commonly celebrated day. I do not have a recipe in English, but a quick search should provide some options.
