Doomed Dune Shack ?

Description

Harry Kemp The Poet of the Dunes left his dune shack to the Tasha family in Provincetown many years ago. They along with many other Dune shack residents have maintained the shacks for decades. They have no running water, no electricity, no bathrooms. Sal Del Deo has lived summers in his for 77 years. He is now 94 years old. They are all being evicted by the National Seashore so they can rent them out to the highest bidder... It's the last place in town that has not been ruined by being modernized and made so expensive none of the folks who made the town what it was known for, can live there anymore. No more art colony except for the very wealthy. It is very sad. Man made category 07/03/2023
